The LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT Team: Peggy Reynoso (Director), Karma Bradley (Project Manager), Wes Drake, Judy Gomoll, Jeff Graf, Darryl Holien, Roger Ishii, Glenn Balsis, Tina Larson, Jim Mock (Director of Biblical Studies), Bill Tell (Staff Development Specialist), & Nancy Jordahl (Administrative Assistant).

In 2009 a broad spectrum of Navigator leaders worked together to formulate a long-term strategy map of integrated priorities for the organization. Out of that work the Holy Spirit identified the need to grow our organizational culture in significant ways. The National Leadership Team tasked Lindy Black with forming a cross-missional team to help catalyze an organizational culture where life-long learning and development are intentional and normative for all Navigator field and support services staff. The Learning and Development Team was formed in June 2010.
